UAE PASS

The facial recognition verification code is clearly malfunctioned. However instead of coming forward with the problem they cover it with customer service answers that are unrelated to the problem. It is near impossible to use the app for the final steps of registration! This is supposed to make remote access to government services possible. Yet it is laggy and very hard to use, especially if the person is abroad. Worst app ever. I would give it 0 stars if I could. What a shame.

How this app has 4.5* I really don't know. I mean 2026. And every move you do in it will block the app on instant. I tried calling, I am not gonna go visit a kiosk fyi. Then let the kiosk do the job. So many bugs in the app and woth AI and where you can build an app in 30min this is just a waste of time and energy! Cannot read my ID, it says wrong Phone number hahahahah. You click face recognize it blocks and crashes. Please invest properly or just let me do it in person rather. Or just cancel..

i like this app but I do not receive notifications outside the app about expired documents even though in my phone settings I allow notifications from UAE Pass. I only ever receive notifications when trying to log in to something else that needs code from UAE Pass.
